AT EASE

Easier said than done.

Ease is a transitive verb describing freedom from something that pains, disquiets, or burdens the person. Ease lines up with serenity or contentment. In Alcoholics Anonymous we hear the phrase “happy, joyous, and free”. Ease is a form of happiness, joy, and freedom.
